How to use Instant Book

Set up your pricing, enable "Instant Book" and relax.

When Instant Book is enabled, we'll automatically send offers for you based on your hourly rate, services, travel rate and more.

The benefits include:

• Convenience: Get bookings without having to manually respond to each request.
• More booking interest: People can use filters to search for profiles that can be booked instantly. Instant Book profiles are more popular with event organizers since they’re able to more easily book their artist.
• Search placement: Instant Book positively affects your response rate, which can improve your listing’s placement in search results.

Note: there might be cases where an offer won't be sent automatically. For example, if the event is far away or we believe you won't be able to accept the job for any other reason.

If you disable instant booking you are required to accept or decline requests manually within 48 hours. If you don’t accept with a custom offer within 48 hours, you will risk loosing the gig as it will automatically be declined or the organizer decides to book someone else.

How to update the offer

You can always update an offer after it has been sent. You can also update an offer after the organizer has confirmed and paid the booking - in that case the organizer will be asked to pay the remaining amount.

How to turn Instant Book on or off

Visit your pricing settings in the Cueup app or on the website. Here you can find the setting to enable or disable Instant Book.
