Payments on Cueup are processed through Stripe. Payouts don’t arrive instantly—here’s how they work and what can affect timing.
How Stripe Payouts Work
Payments first go into your Stripe balance.
Stripe then sends payouts to your bank account
Stripe uses the format “T + X days”, which means the payout is sent X business days after the payment is captured.
Payouts are usually initiated 1 business day after the event.
Once initiated, it can take up to 5 days for the money to arrive in your bank.
In total, funds can take up to 7 days from the booking date to clear. For last-minute bookings, this may extend to around 10 days.
Tips
Make sure your bank details are correct.
Complete identity verification before your first payout: Verify here. (Required by Stripe)

What Can Affect Payout Speed
Several factors may change how quickly you receive your money:
Bank processing times – some banks take longer to post transfers.
Payout timing based on your country, see: Stripe Standard Payout Timing
Weekends and holidays – payouts shift to the next business day.
Incorrect bank details – failed payouts bounce back and cause delays.
Disputes
If there’s a dispute with a customer, payouts may be delayed while the case is reviewed.
Cueup will never issue chargebacks on your account.
