How long does the payout take?

Payouts are initiated 1 (business) day after the event. Once the payout is initiated it takes up to 5 days to arrive.

Funds can take up to 7 days to clear from when the booking was made - so if the booking was made on short notice payouts might take up to 10 days.

You'll have to complete the verification process before we can initiate the payout. You can do so on the following link:

This is a requirement from our payment processor and is only required once before your first payout.

Status of a payout

You can check the status of a payout from your payout dashboard. Find the dashboard from your payout methods settings -> Bank account -> Open payouts dashboard.

Disputes

In case there's a dispute with the customer, the payout might take longer, and we might reach out to you to clear up some details.

Cueup will never do chargebacks on your account.
