With the money-back guarantee, you will get refunded if the DJ didn't do a good job or if the DJ cancels.
How it works
If a DJ cancels, we'll automatically refund the full amount right away.
If you are not satisfied with the DJ's performance, you can request a refund. We'll communicate with the DJ and ask you some questions to clarify your reasons for requesting a refund. If the DJ does not agree to do a refund and we can't reach a resolution, Cueup will cover the refund in most cases.
When refunding, you'll receive the money on the card that you used when paying for the booking price.
- The booking has to be completed and paid for through Cueup. If you have not paid the DJ using Cueup, we won't be able to refund you.
- You need to send us a formal statement requesting your refund. You can send it by email to email@example.com.
- The request has to be sent within 24 hours after the DJ has finished playing.
- We usually require that the event details saved on Cueup were correct when the booking was completed. Most importantly, date and time details.
